If you wish to use the note-taking features of the app, you will be prompted to download Catch if you do not already have it installed.You need an internet connection the first time you access the app to load the most recent content. You can subsequently access the app off-line.You also can view the TED2012 speakers and event information by selecting prior events.The unofficial TED and TEDGlobal conference app is an open source project supported by Catch.com and other TED fans and used as a model that can be freely adapted by TEDx organizers around the world for their TEDx events.
